Decent quality base layer. it is not mesh but it’s very thin and breathes well and seems to wick sweat. i insist on using a base layer even during hot weather rides as it keeps me cool and any man handles from bulging out. i am 5 ‘4”. 160 lbs and medium is a nice snug fit. this material feels better than mesh base layers.
